Contemporary Textile Art
Textile hold stories. Through hand embroidery, tambour beading, beadwork and traditional textile techniques, my practice explores identity, transformation, and the enduring relationship between craftsmanship and contemporary art.
Working between fashion and fine art, I create handcrafted textile works that celebrate the beauty of slow making while preserving historical embroidery techniques for future generations. Each piece invites viewers to reflect on life and the significance of making by hand.

The Journey of Becoming
The journey of Becoming is my debut body of work, exploring the continual process of personal growth through the language of textiles. Drawing upon symbolism found in flowers, birds and nature. The collection reflects moments of uncertainty, resilience, achievement and transformation.
Created through hand embroidery, tambour beading, beadwork and textile constuction, each artwork embodies the patience, precision and craftsmanship that define my practice. Together, the collection celebrates both the personal joueney of becoming and the cultural value of traditional textile techniques within contempory art.
